Jagged little pill!

Pill refers to the tablet, the Nokia N810 internet tablet. I finally got one today. Remember, it always helps to talk about your worries and wants aloud, especially in lobbies. It doesn't matter who you're talking to, cos someone else might be overhearing you and will drop in like an angel. One of my classmates overheard me talking to another classmate about me wanting a Nokia internet tablet to test Fennec and he replied with: I have the N810 internet tablet and I've also installed Fennec on it. Those words couldn't have been better! What joy it brought me to hear it!

And now, after an hour of tinkering with the tablet, I now have changed the language to English from Finnish, installed Fennec Beta 3 and being happy. Well, almost. It keeps saying the security certificate has expired and half the time, I'm not able to open any websites. Is it the device, the browser or my internet connection, I wonder?

Things I noticed so far:

Besides sites not connecting, the Tab bar expands to fit 5 columns of functional tabs. When I tried to open more tabs, I couldn't see them, although the new tab button gave me the feedback of being pressed and opening a new tab.

In fact, on the N810 (I realised there is only the landscape mode) the new tab button is mostly hidden or can't be scrolled down to.

Not able to pan to the right to view the page once 3 columns of tabs are opened.

Fennec beta 3 has the close button on the top right corner.. nice, but at least this device has the close button already. So in the very precious real estate of mobile land, two close buttons seem too much.

The bug I'm to brainstorm on, is about the right side bar. Will have thoughts on that once I get the sites not showing/opening issue!
